1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
   a. This giveaway is open to UK based offices located in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over
   b. By entering the giveaway, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

3. How to enter
   a. To enter, participants must make a purchase on our online shop only www.popcornshed.com.
   b. Participants must also me subscribed to Popcorn Shed's email marketing.
   c. You may make multiple purchases via this method only and will be entered into the prize draw. 

4. Giveaway period
   The giveaway starts 14/9/26 and ends 24/9/26. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

5. Prize
   a. The prize is as follows:

   b. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner selection
   a. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
   b. The winner will be notified via email 7 days of the giveaway closing date.
   c. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity
   By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Data protection
   a. Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with Popcorn Shed and Privacy Policy.
