TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this giveaway is Popcorn Shed.

2. Eligibility
   a. This giveaway is open to the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over
   b. By entering the giveaway, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

3. How to enter
   a. To enter, participants must enter on Popcorn Shed's Instagram post following the rules on the post.
   

4. Giveaway period
   The giveaway starts 8/10/26 and ends 15/10/26. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

5. Prize
   a. The prize is as follows: 

   Spider-Man: Brand New Day branded: 1 x Activity Set, 1 x Pencil Case, 1 x Squishy, 1 x Tote Bag, 1 x Notebook, 1 x Puff Sticker Set, 1 x Pen
   Amazon Prime Video Voucher to watch the film at home
   Popcorn Shed Gourmet popcorn products & flavours: 1 x Salted Caramel, 1 x Shortbread, 1 x Red Velvet, 1 x Cookies & Cream 
   2 x Popcorn Nugget Bundle

   b. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
   c. Prizes are subject to availability - if the prizes listed aren't available we will provide items of the same value

6. Winner selection
   a. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
   b. The winner will be notified via Instagram message.
   c. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity
   By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their first name/Instagram account name for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Data protection
   a. Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with Popcorn Shed and Privacy Policy.
   

9. Liability
   a. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fail to reach the promoter for any reason.
   b. The promoter is not responsible for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by participants entering the giveaway or as a result of accepting the prize.

    a. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
    b. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
