According to scientific research, salt works as a flavour enhancer in many applications. When combined with sugar, it creates a flavour layering which our brains perceive as a pleasant experience. Although we’re not scientists here at Shedquarters, we definitely second this. Because pleasant, it definitely is! No wonder sweet and salty is one of the most popular popcorn flavours in the UK.
Recommended serving size:
Use 1/2 tsp (3g) for every 50g of kernels.
How to use?
For the best result, oil pop your corn kernels in a pan on a hob. When done, add your popcorn to a bowl. Whilst still warm, sprinkle over your popcorn seasoning and mix through to ensure the perfect amount of flavour on every kernel. This product can also be used with popcorn that is popped using an air popper, or in the microwave.

What's all this stuff about SHEDS?
Our popcorn 'shed' boxes are based on how we grew as a small business. Once upon a time, we literally made popcorn in a garden shed, where we experimented with fantastic flavours and pop perfection. Everyone that tried it wanted more, more, MORE!
We're still handmade in Britain... but we moved out of the shed. We're still obsessed with getting the perfect pop and flavour though... so try it and see what you've been missing.
