TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this giveaway is Popcorn Shed

  2. Eligibility
    a. This giveaway is open to UK based offices located in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over
    b. By entering the giveaway, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

  3. How to enter
    a. To enter, participants must fill out the form during the giveaway period.
    b. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  4. Giveaway period
    The giveaway starts 18/5/26 and ends 31/5/26. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

  5. Prize
    a. The prize is as follows: 1 case of Popcorn Shed's snack pack in which the flavour is picked at random from the following:
    Cookies and Cream
    Pecan Pie
    Toasted Marshmallow
    Peanut Butter
    b. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

  6. Winner selection
    a. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
    b. The winner will be notified via email 7 days of the giveaway closing date.
    c. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

  7. Publicity
    By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  8. Data protection
    a. Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with Popcorn Shed and Privacy Policy.
    b. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be added to Popcorn Shed’s email marketing database and may receive marketing communications from Popcorn Shed.
    b. Participants may unsubscribe from the email list at any time.

  9. Liability
    a. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fail to reach the promoter for any reason.
    b. The promoter is not responsible for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by participants entering the giveaway or as a result of accepting the prize.

    a. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
    b. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
