Chocolate Popcorn Goji Berry Bark Recipe

Not only is this recipe super simple, you can add in any extras your heart desires. As it’s getting closer to christmas, these would make a great handmade (& homemade gift) too! 

INGREDIENTS

• 85g chocolate
• 1/2 tsp coconut oil
• 1/3 cup Berry-licious popcorn Raspberry with Dark Chocolate
• 1 tsp cocoa nibs
• 1 tbsp goji berries

METHOD

1. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave, checking and stirring every 20 seconds
2. Pour chocolate into a mould lined with parchment paper (I used tupperware), and sprinkle over the toppings including Berry-licious Chocolate Popcorn
3. Allow to set in the fridge for at least an hour, then chop up and enjoy!
